1. Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of an item.
2. Please e-mail us, for a returns number stating the reason for the return.
Packing the Products:
Wrap the item securely in any original packaging you have and enclose any documentation received with the item.
Refund:
1. You will receive a full refund for the product not the delivery charges.
2. Returned products will be subject to inspection before a refund will be authorised.
3. Return the goods to the post office (UK orders). International orders to their local postal centres & consider insuring your parcel against damaged or loss.
4. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card, a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods.
We Do Not Refund the Following:
1. You have opened sealed software, CDs, DVDs etc.
2. Any item returned in less than perfect condition.
