United Kingdom Delivery - We will despatch your new products promptly. All items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
All orders are packaged and labelled, then dispatched directly from our storage facilities.
1. Where ever you live, you are never far away from our range of PET-CO products, with our national & international delivery services.
2. All items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days for UK orders.
3. We will send you a confirmation email once we received your order, and send you a second confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
4. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a postcard for you to contact them to re-arrange a delivery, or to collect at your local office.
5. If our courier is unable to make a successful delivery to the stated delivery address, the items are returned to us, you would then incur a second dispatch charge.
6. We don’t charge a flat fee we charge by the items weight so you pay less on certain products. A signature is required on receipt.
