How do I sign up for your newsletters and promotions?
If you are already signed up with us, and opted out of our mailing list when you created your account you can change your preferences to receive our Newsletters and promotions.
To do this please select My Account and then Personal information, you can then tick to receive our newsletters in either HTML or plain text format.
If you are new to PET-CO we will ask you as you sign up if you wish to receive our newsletter, leave this box ticked and you will be added to our mailing list.
Alternatively you may subscribe by entering your e-mail address on our homepage of our website.

Understanding the Status of Your Order.
The status of your order is available in your Order History almost immediately after you place an order. It is automatically updated each time your order advances through the process.
When will my delivery be dispatched?
Your delivery will be dispatched as soon as soon as the order has been picked and packed. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order has been dispatched.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Orders are usually received 1-3 days after dispatch.
Can I choose a delivery address that is different from the billing address?
Yes, you can choose a delivery address that is different from the billing address. So for example your billing address can be your home address but you can choose to have the product(s) delivered at your work / office address.
What do I do if the product(s) I want is out of stock?
We receive deliveries into our storage facilities on a regular basis. If the product(s) are due in shortly this will be stated on the availability. Some product lines will be unavailable due to supply, or discontinued lines, so please check back regularly.
What is your returns policy for online orders?

That's why we make our return policies easy and convenient for busy Pet owners just like you.
We will be happy to refund a product, provided (in the case of any non-defective products) it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
How do I return items bought via the website?
You can:

Stating the reason for the return, we will then email you back with further instructions and a returns authorisation number.
What is your refund procedure for online orders?
If goods are being returned to us we will action a refund upon receipt of the goods back into our facilities.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refunds are usually completed after 24 hours of confirmation of acceptance.
Will you refund my original delivery charge if I return goods?
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is defective, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Worldwide Deliveries?
When placing your order, you will be charged a flat fee for delivery.*
*When we receive your order, we will then find an exact delivery price for that parcel(s), you will then be invoiced by e-mail to pay any outstanding shipping costs, once you have paid our secure e-mail payment, your goods will then be dispatched, alternatively you may have a full refund, for your order.
(Please note we require a reply within 2 days, if after this we have not heard from you, we will assume the items are no longer required, and we will arrange for the order to be cancelled, and any monies returned immediately to its original payment provider)
We regret that due to flying restrictions, liquids, aerosols and gels can no longer be delivered outside the UK and Ireland.
